Day School Hiring Purchasing Assistant

The Day School is looking for someone to join our front office team as a Purchasing Assistant.

They should be efficient & organized as reporting, planning & purchasing supplies is a large portion of the job, along with a strong commitment to kids, steadfast faith and an outgoing personality.

Work hours will be 10am-6pm, Mon.-Fri.

Handling minor scheduling adjustments, student issues and parent concerns in the afternoon requires developing strong relationships and having an approachable personality. Occasional strenuous physical activity, including carrying and holding up to 40 lbs. of furniture/equipment or a child and visual and auditory sensory perception are also requirements.
