Sunday Education – Summer

For the summer months, May 29 – Sept 4, Sunday education opportunities will begin at 9:15 am and end at 10:15 am.

Babysitting is provided during the Sunday education hour in the nursery located across from the conference room and is open to all children under the age of 2.

Food for Thought

Food for Thought is a Bible Study time for all ages!

We start off with breakfast, then a lesson and follow that up with fellowship.

Parish Ed is actively looking for volunteers to help in the kitchen (once or twice) and for volunteers to lead us in our Bible Study for the day.
If you are interested in helping please email Susan Cox and let her know your availability.

Adult Bible Study Class

Ann and Mark Mitchell lead an Adult Bible Study Class in the center room of the church basement each Sunday during the education hour, year round.

This is a discussion-based class in which participants are encouraged to share their experiences, insights, and questions as we seek to apply the lessons learned from Scripture to our everyday lives. EVERYONE is welcome . . . all you need is yourself, your thoughts, and your Bible.

Beginning on May 25, this class will be having an in-depth study and discussion of Matthew’s Gospel.

Pathfinders

The Pathfinders employ contemporary materials to generate insightful discussion.
This class meets in the Parlor and is currently led by Natalie Knobloch.
Join us for a lively discussion about our tireless God who loves the world.
We serve a great cup of coffee, too!

For summer 2014, the class will be studying Making Sense of Scripture by David J. Lose.
