Topic Description:

Are you sometimes worried that you may find yourself in a situation where a bad guy will attack you and you will not have a way to defend yourself? Do you believe that you need way more strength to fend off a bad guy? Have you wondered what you could do? You are not as defenseless as you think.

We have this complimentary community education seminar for you to understand what your options are. We will present live techniques to help you understand your choices in those situations. Self defense techniques will be demonstrated live by 6th Degree Black Belt Master Instructor Joseph J. Culin (or 3rd Degree Black Belt Instructor Mr. Hackbarth / Ms. Garza) of Culin Karate, Cedar Park, supported by 2nd Degree Black Belt student Arsh Gamare (LASA High School).
