Open Letter from Pastor Matthew on the Stewardship Campaign

Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ. This year’s stewardship campaign is Grace, Gratitude, and Giving.
The scripture verse for this year is “The earth is the LORD’s and all that is in it, the world and those who live in it.
God has abundantly blessed the people of Immanuel this past year and we rejoice and give thanks for all that God has given us and accomplished through us.

This is the schedule for this year’s stewardship campaign:

  • October 10th – Grace
  • October 17th – Gratitude
  • October 24th – Giving

October 24th will be our Consecration Sunday which will offer you the opportunity to bring the enclosed commitment card to worship and place it in the box marked for this in the back of both worship spaces. The commitment card can also be mailed to the church or dropped off during the week at the church office if you are unable to attend worship on October 24th.

During this past year the people of Immanuel have faithfully responded to God’s call. Even in the face of much adversity, amid a global pandemic, the ministries and witness to the Gospel continued. As we seek to do God’s work in the world, our response to God’s steadfast and abundant love is vital to the vision God has for this place and time.

Thank you for your continued faithful giving as we Gather and worship, Grow in the Word, and Serve God by serving people.

In Christ,

Pastor Matthew Groenke
