Palm Sunday is a special Sunday and so much fun to celebrate with the children!
Although we are unable to be together this year, I encourage you to have a Palm Sunday parade in your home. You can print a palm branch from the attached lesson, or grab anything to wave, a scarf, lay down a coat or blanket, grab a musical instrument or two lids of pots to use a cymbals! Have fun and be creative!
We would LOVE to see photos or videos of your Palm Sunday parade!
Post them on Facebook and tag Immanuel Lutheran Church Pflugerville, or email them to MelissaP!
Does your older Elementary Student feel a parade is too young for them?
What is their talent? Do they like to draw, create a video/movie, act, dance, building (legos)?
Jesus’ passion was his love for others. How can your child share their passion?
How can your child put others before themselves?
We would love to see their interpretation of Palm Sunday or how they put someone else’s needs first!
Feel free to contact MelissaP with any questions or feedback.
